CARD CONDITION & PRICING POLICY
Card Condition Policy
All cards sold by Complete Trading Card Collective are
authentic raw/ungraded trading cards sourced through:
- Pack openings
- Collections
- Supplier purchases
- Trade-ins
Cards are carefully handled, penny sleeved after pulling or
sorting where appropriate, and stored in protective storage systems.
As raw trading cards are not professionally graded items,
minor imperfections may be present, including:
- Light edge wear
- Minor whitening
- Print lines
- Minor scratches
- Minor corner wear
- Factory imperfections
Freshly pulled cards may still contain factory defects or
production wear.
Unless otherwise stated, cards are generally sold in:
- Near Mint (NM)
- Lightly Played (LP)
Complete Trading Card Collective does not guarantee PSA,
BGS, CGC, or any third-party grading outcomes.
Heavily damaged cards will be disclosed where reasonably
possible.
Price Change Policy
At our store, prices are subject to change without notice.
Trading card values can fluctuate due to market demand,
availability, distributor pricing, and collector interest. As a result, product
prices may increase or decrease at any time.
-Orders that have been paid for are locked in at the
purchase price and will not be adjusted if the price changes afterward.
-We are unable to refund the difference if an item's price
is reduced after your purchase.
-Likewise, if the price increases after your order is placed
and paid for, you will not be charged any additional amount.
-Items in your shopping cart are not reserved, and prices
may change before checkout is completed.
-Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales cannot be
applied retrospectively to previous purchases unless required by Australian
Consumer Law.

AUTHENTICITY POLICY
Authenticity Policy
Complete Trading Card Collective aims to ensure all products
sold are authentic.
Counterfeit, altered, or replica cards:
- Will not be knowingly sold
- Will be rejected from trade-ins
- May be retained where required by law
Customers trading cards to Complete Trading Card Collective
are responsible for ensuring their items are genuine.
RETURNS, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
We carefully package every order to help ensure your items arrive safely.
-Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days after payment has been received.
-Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Tracking is provided on all applicable shipments.
-Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. While we will assist where possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Returns
We want you to shop with confidence.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order if:
-the item is returned in the same condition it was sent;
-it has not been altered, damaged, or used; and
-it is securely packaged for return shipping.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Trading cards are sold as collectibles. Minor print lines, centring differences, or manufacturer imperfections may occur and are not considered faults. Card condition is assessed before dispatch, but no card is guaranteed to achieve a particular grading outcome.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved:
-your refund will be processed to your original payment method;
-refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
-your order number;
-a description of the issue; and
-clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods have a major failure or otherwise do not meet the consumer guarantees provided under the ACL.

- Postal delays outside our control
- Damage caused after delivery
Customers acknowledge they are purchasing raw/ungraded
trading cards that may contain minor imperfections.
Nothing within this disclaimer excludes rights provided
under Australian Consumer Law.
TRADE IN POLICY
Complete Trading Card Collective accepts trade-ins
including:
- Single cards
- Bulk cards
- Complete sets
- Sealed products
- Selected accessories
Trade-in values are determined based on:
- Condition
- Market demand
- Authenticity
- Current inventory requirements
Trade-in offers may include:
- Cash offers
- Store credit
- Partial trade arrangements
Once a trade-in has been accepted and processed by Complete
Trading Card Collective:
- Ownership transfers to the company
- The transaction becomes final
Complete Trading Card Collective reserves the right to
refuse any trade-in.
